ezfit APP aims at providing necessary activity and sleep information for self-management of health. ezfit APP collects data from smart health watches via Bluetooth® transmission technology and automatically transmits the data to cloud-based servers.
ezfit App provides two major analysis results.
Activity Record -- This function analyzes types of daily activity through the collected data. The activity record fully presents users’ everyday activities, including walking steps, walking distance, calories burned, and activity intensity.
Sleep Record -- This function analyzes the time users go to bed, the time users are awake, users’ total sleep time, sleep efficiency, and sleep positions. It brings back the memory which is often lost in the dark.
ezfit APP can help you adjust your lifestyle to achieve better health. Furthermore, it offers suitable activities or exercise prescriptions according to your age and weight. With ezfit APP, you can be your own health manager.
